      Company that is being intentional about growth

      Dataminr has seen substantial growth in the last few years. They have many great perks and benefits to support employees. The employee resource groups around diversity also help keep people engaged.

      Cons

      As with any startup, Dataminr has growing pains. The one good thing is that they listen and try to make meaningful changes.
