Pros

Great benefits, including health care, free lunch every day, snacks, access to counselling services. The staff are all hyper intelligent and really lovely. It's great to have a good team of people to work with. We all have different skills so help each other out to get the best possible results day to day. The work is fast paced and there's always something new to learn every day.

Cons

Shift hours are tough and the schedule rotates every month so it's hard to establish a good work/life balance. The company really strives to help in this regard but it is difficult.

Pros

Smart colleagues, sense of unity between low level employees, nice office.

Cons

Objectives are listed purely numerically, which makes you feel like a factory worker... quantity is valued over quality. No real path to growth as a DE unless you want to stay in that area and do exactly what you are told (no innovation, no creativity)— it’s not for everyone due to many many flashing screens, incessant noise, and very uncomfortable hours that impact sleep and mental health, but don’t dare suggest you may have skills elsewhere... You are told when you can eat and when you can take a break. Very controlling.
