- Some of the nicest people I've worked with - Great snacks and catered lunch - Incredibly impressive product to be a part of, the overall scope of we're doing is huge and it's good to be in before it's fully blown up - Company is well regarded in the media sector - Rapidly expanding teams give good opportunities if you take them

Cons

- Spend a lot of time looking at a computer screen, typical of a lot of jobs though - Growing pains of a fast expanding company, roles occasionally undefined and expectations not always clear

Dataminr has always been a dynamic place to work, but 2024 feels like a particularly exciting moment to be here. Our tech is making significant leaps forward. Colleagues are curious, smart, and empathetic team players, committed to making a success of our product. Working to produce something that saves lives and has a real world impact is constantly motivating. The company is a meritocracy and rewards people who work hard and get results.

Cons

Dynamism means change happens regularly - to be successful here you have to be comfortable with this type of environment. It doesn’t suit everyone.
