As the company is growing lots of management and other career growth opportunities pop up, if you are a high performer you will get rewarded for the work you do! There is lots of fun stuff here, the people are social and we have company events and lots of great perks like yoga and free lunch every day.

Dataminr is by far the best employer I've worked for. Anyone who is ready for a challenge, ready to get stuck in, and up for putting the work in will thrive here - there are many opportunities for advancement, and management recognise talent and contribution. Employees are treated with respect. Conditions, perks, and benefits are of a very high standard. Great team of committed people to work with.

Cons

Working in a start-up type environment, you need to be ready to handle change and to adapt to (and embrace) shifts in how things are done. For some this is a down-side, for others, it's an up-side. If you're ready to run with it, it's a great opportunity to shape how things are done and leave your mark on a growing company.
