Working with smart people on interesting projects using the latest tech. Autonomy to get work done and progress through the ranks. Collaborative and fast paced culture.

Cons

Engineering is largely remote so for those who'd prefer to be in an office this may be seen as a con.

Cons

No major cons. Very dynamic working environment, so sometimes priorities change. But expected for a technology company.

Pros

Really smart and collaborative people. I don't think I have worked with nicer folks before. The tech has always been strong, but now it's starting to accelerate. Some of the AI capabilities really are industry-leading, and there are so many stories of the positive impact it is having for our users, which is nice to hear. Dataminr should share more of these stories publicly, there are so many.

Cons

Lots of leadership changes across the company. But I suppose it's good to make changes if needed. Salaries probably aren't as competitive as they used to be, but still fair. I know lots of companies have had to keep an eye on costs over the last few years.
