- Internal politics drive this entire place, HR can't be trusted because they are a part it. It would be more beneficial to be transparent and state that no real changes will occur with schedules, compensation, or professional growth, than to keep leading employees month after month (giving a personal day per quarter is not a change, when almost a month of extra hours was added). Everyone is waiting for July to make a move.
- Work/life balance is nonexistent, disallowing for any normal social/personal life.
- Morale is very low with constant negative feedback on a daily basis.
- Employees are expected to prep and work outside of scheduled hours.
- People take bathroom breaks just to text or call someone or look up from your computer. You are expected to eat behind your desk while working. A 10-15 break policy was instituted yet there's guilt involved when taking one.
- New level of hires are interns and new grads for a reason.
- Mentally and physically unhealthy environment during work. If you value health/sleep, consider other places to work.
