Pros

Colleagues are a great group of people- intelligent, passionate and friendly. Benefits are really good, with healthcare and dental care covered. The work is varied with lots of opportunities to try your hand in different areas and pick up new skills

Cons

Work hours are less social than the standard 9-5, including weekend work. Senior leadership seems very disconnected from general employees

Pros

- Company is right at the heart of reporting from the frontlines of COVID-19. They are doing everything they can to support existing customers, governments, and even prospects through this uncertain time. - Sales enablement teams supporting anyone and everyone on how best to do their job, whether it be new tools, methods, processes, systems, people, etc. - Couldn't be happier at how reassured I have felt about my job being safe from furloughing/termination due to COVID-19. - Great benefits. More comprehensive then anything I have had a previous employer. Including excellent health insurance.

Cons

- Company has a real internal comms issue. Often a lot of instructions from global leadership are funnelled through middle management and does not always land well. People at the bottom thus either feel like they can't respond, or be part of a process. - Teething processes on new onboarding, changes to Salesforce can take a long time to implement and then change before they have finished implementing which can be annoying. - First company where I haven't had some form of relationship with the CEO. Don't hear much from him other than occasional global emails. Strong senior leadership but more feedback from CEO, especially at a tech company, is always inspiring and helps keep us motivated.
