I’ve worked at Dataminr for over five years, and like any mid-sized tech startup, it has had its share of ups and downs. The company has given me the chance to explore different roles and take on a variety of responsibilities across the organization. Management is very supportive of cross-departmental moves, and it's rare to be turned down if you show both interest and competence. I’ve seen competitors and newer companies emerge, but from my perspective, they don’t match Dataminr’s scope and product offerings. It’s rewarding and reassuring to be at the forefront of this industry. We succeed on our own terms, without needing to imitate others to achieve success.

The company's recent product launch has spurred a wave of excitement and momentum which is palpable across the entire business. As a long time employee at the company, attending industry conferences this summer was invigorating - it is clear that the company is leaning into expanding our presence and ramping up go-to-market activity for the end of the year and next year. The product is so helpful to customers, it's great to see more initiatives to increase our exposure in the market. The company has made a lot of personnel changes in the go-to-market organization this year, and it's nice to see everything coalesce and to see such a positive impact in a relatively short period of time. I've been very impressed with the new leaders across the go-to-market organization.
