      Pros

      I have been with Dataminr for well over 5 years now and I am truly impressed with where the company has come from when I started. With the new leadership that has been put in place and the companies shift to focusing more on cyber I think is going to really help accelerate the momentum or the organization. It really has only been the last 6 months where I can say I talk to colleagues in the tech sales space where I say I work for Dataminr and they immediately say on man I have heard about you guys. I strongly believe now more than ever that we are poised to really shake up the market and break out.

      Cons

      I have been with Dataminr for over 5 years now and with any company there is always growing pains and Dataminr is no different. Ted has personally owned up to the fact that he has made decisions that didn't work out. But I think his owning it is key and the decisions he has made recently have really shown his growth as a leader.

      Very Strong Momentum

      Pros

      The company's recent product launch has spurred a wave of excitement and momentum which is palpable across the entire business. As a long time employee at the company, attending industry conferences this summer was invigorating - it is clear that the company is leaning into expanding our presence and ramping up go-to-market activity for the end of the year and next year. The product is so helpful to customers, it's great to see more initiatives to increase our exposure in the market. The company has made a lot of personnel changes in the go-to-market organization this year, and it's nice to see everything coalesce and to see such a positive impact in a relatively short period of time. I've been very impressed with the new leaders across the go-to-market organization.

      Cons

      The layoffs in 2023 were a challenging time, and it was sad to see good people leave the company.

      -Super smart colleagues, perhaps the smartest and most engaged you can find -Innovative and aggressive approaches to really hard problems -Very high ceiling which will continue to grow as the information environment evolves and expands -The work creates tangible good

      None that are particularly Dataminr-unique. We're trying to solve hard problems which requires hard work
