Pros

- Leadership at the managerial level always valued opinions - Projects almost always felt supported or if not, explanations were provided. - Compensation felt fair, for marketing. - Good work life balance

Cons

- Leadership was slow to see the smaller problems, too focused on big picture - High turnover and layoffs put an overall negative tone on the "people" aspect for some teams - C-Suite seemed out of reach. Solid ideas were shot down due to company mandates but then negative quarters would follow and the layoffs are the first option.
