      An amazing company and a wild ride

      Pros

      While last year was tough, this year feels different, building real momentum and great products. Best people I’ve ever worked with. Saving lives! Exciting place with a lot going on…never boring. Great remote work support

      Cons

      Sometimes projects shift direction quickly (hard to keep up when this happens) Still feels like we have a lot of meetings Communication has improved, but with quickly moving projects not everyone keeps up

      Pros

      -work/life balance is great -coworkers are some of the smartest folks I've ever worked with -communication from executives has been rapidly improving over the past year -many office events if you are local to one (bring your kid to work day, happy hours) -ERGs are great and employees are actively involved -compensation is at the higher end of the spectrum for your level

      Cons

      -As with many other tech companies, the company went through a RIF last year, which has affected morale. -Benefits had some changes
