- Truly special & interesting mission supporting Public Sector and Corporate Security missions. - Strong relationships and access to influential clients - Very autonomous and strong Work/Life balance - Often fast paced and innovative - Easy to use platform - Continue to grow/hire

Cons

- With the AI boom & Cyber focus, strategy seems to shift quickly which requires high level of flexibility

The PTSD is real

Pros

Good benefits, but started disappearing without warning

Cons

The PTSD from this place is real. Leadership is completely incompetent; I'm talking total buffoons who can barely string a sentence together. HR leaders are the worst of them all - huge bloated salaries adding little to no value. You'll live in constant fear of being made redundant. You'll work on something for months only to have it scrapped because they can't align on a strategy. It's a company who values loyalty over competence and brotherhood over getting any real work done. If you're remotely good at your job, they will drain your soul and kick you to the curb.

Pros

- This has been the best job of my career in terms of being presented with growth opportunities. Engineering Leadership is thoughtful in cultivating a fair, healthy environment that respects work-life balance. - The people I work with day-to-day are intelligent and eager to grow but also friendly and collaborative. I genuinely enjoy each day because that attitude is prevalent at my level and the management levels above me. - The mission and product are incredibly exciting. It's rewarding to hear about real examples of our work saving lives, and the vision we're working towards is compelling. I truly believe this is a generational product that we will look back on as essential and groundbreaking in years to come. - Engineering has been fully remote the entire time I have worked here. It has been incredible for my mental health, and I am grateful we never forced a return to the office. - Leadership has a long-term outlook and has proved that they take action based on feedback, as evidenced by their increased transparency over the last couple of years.

Cons

- There was a RIF last year. That was a stressful period as we tried to find the right operating model to support our next stage of growth sustainably in the new economic and fundraising environment. Teams were understaffed and had too many projects going on simultaneously. However, I think the company has recognized it was unsustainable, and we've taken steps to improve our focus and workloads across the organization.
