- Mission and product that’s motivating to wake up and work towards every day. - Brilliant, empathetic coworkers. - True culture of bringing others along - Most managers will support you on a good work life balance and understanding of commitments outside of work - nice mix of startup culture and more mature resources

Cons

Pay is not the highest end, but it’s still fairly competitive.

The vision and momentum towards success has recently made a big change trending positive. New executives seem to be really making a difference. Still tons to great, smart people to work with.

Cons

The RIFs have been rough, but I believe we are in a better place to succeed now.
