leadership is not there to help you grow, only care about making themselves look like they are doing their job, when really, no leadership holds accountability and performs for the betterment of the company. super political. no room for growth

Leadership is all over the place, marketing is nonexistent, a lot of siloes across departments even though the company isn't that big. No real career progression for new hires
