      Pros

      Dataminr allows all of it's employees the opportunity to grow, a testament to it's start-up mentality. Even as the company has grown exponentially they still keep that spirit!

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, just a growing small company so be aware that things will continue to change, but always for the good of the company!
