Pros

Great benefits, generous time off

Cons

Seeing the upper management try to virtue signal was so cringe and painful, company was increasingly performative in trying to be politically correct, while fulfilling every tech bro stereotype imaginable

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns. First and foremost, I want to express our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace. Regarding your mention of "virtue signaling" from upper management, our leadership is genuinely dedicated to promoting a culture of empathy, respect, equity, and social responsibility. Understanding that there is always more work to be done in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, we're proud of the progress we're making in our journey of aligning our actions with our words. We're committed to continuously evaluating and improving our DEI efforts. Our dedication is authentic and supported at all levels of our organization.

They don’t care

Pros

bright and enthusiastic engineers and strategy associates

Cons

CFO is a used car salesman who will pay lip service and talk a great game but is ultimately a self-serving charlatan who will work his team to death and throw everyone under the bus if it serves him. Can’t manage his time nor workload. CSO has no backbone to be a great “holistic” leader. Will be polling ad infinitum because he can’t make a decision to save his life. They pay lip service to DEI but ultimately don’t care when it really matters on an individual level. Very biased and politically toxic place.
