      Pros

      Dataminr remains agile to weather the current economic slowdown. Benefits offerings are top notch. People are kind, respectful, supportive, and create space for you to bring your unique talents and experience to the table. There is lots of space for ideas and to try new things. Also, Dataminr tacks on an extra day off to holiday weekends, so we get quite a few 4-day weekends throughout the year!

      Cons

      Dataminr, and tech start-ups, aren't for everyone. There is constant change, but that's how business (especially smaller ones) survive and thrive in tricky economic environments. The change can be stressful on teams and individuals.
