Pros

Purposeful, incredible product that solves a lot of critical problems across interesting market sectors (government, corporate security, PR, News) - an excellent product market fit Really smart and driven people Lots of sales support across departments A great training ground for learning world class SaaS sales practices Swag! & all the regular goodies

Cons

Very centralised and driven out of US - sales is a different beast in EU and people buy differently

Pros

Dataminr vets scrum and allows time for doing high-level design.

Cons

Horrible product experience, the UI looks like it was built in the 90s. They want to follow scrum but want 100 predictable results. Three verticles with three different UIs. Broken staging environment for devs. The dev-tooling and engineering directors are horrible and are always changing priorities.
