Pros

Interesting and exciting product; continued growth; employees are bought into the mission; supportive executive team; great culture. I've really enjoyed my time at Dataminr so far. It's refreshing and comforting to work for a company that cares about the wellbeing, success, and growth of its employees.

Cons

Some growing pains when it comes to processes, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Pros

Easy to get away with doing nothing. That’s what upper management does all day

Cons

Competitive environment. Unfriendly. Depending on how liked you are you can get away with barely doing any work but they’ll randomly decide to focus on individuals and start blaming you for poor decisions made by managers.
