      Pros

      Was a very stabile and consistent environment, with a great set of peers. The company was fairly diversified and well funded for great ideas. They continue to grow and expand into highly active corporate and legal markets.

      Cons

      Very Midwest centric. If you are not in Minnesota, your career can be limited in certain areas of the company at the corporate level. This excludes sales and regional management positions. Wit h the original COB retiring, it lost a personal connection for many.

      Pros

      Co-workers are like family. Most have worked for 10+ years and know lots about everyone. Fast paced - never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Changes made to job positions without consulting employees (i.e., you were a manager, but they have too many managers and not enough janitors - so you will now be a janitor or you will be let go.) Lack of communication between departments and between higher ups and every individual.
