Pros

Merrill is an amazing place to work! The company has an excellent culture that puts the customer first. The management team listens to their employees, and they take the feedback they receive seriously from both customers and employees. When their are issues that need to be addressed, they are well thought out and addressed properly. As an employee, it makes you feel like your thoughts and opinions are weighed. with careful consideration. They don't just put band-aids on problems. Everyone that works at the company takes their job seriously, and everyone works really hard. It's so refreshing to work at a company where everyone gives 110%. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and very competitive compensation packages. They also have great insurance benefits, 401K plans etc.

Cons

I can't list one. I love working here.

Pros

The company is growing drastically. With all of the updates that are rolling out, working for Merrill provides a great opportunity to move up with a company that is leading the way in due diligence. Because the company became its own separate entity in terms of DataSiteOne, there is room for new ideas and ways to contribute. The sales team is growing and adding new resources each month that contributes to the company's overall success. Management is flexible, understanding, and is willing to listen to the employees. They genuinely care about your ambitions and your career interests and will help you achieve those aspirations. Pay is competitive, and monthly bonuses are achievable with the right work ethic. Management will help you hit your goals if you are willing to put in the work.

Cons

None that I can think of. Management, directors, and regional VPs are very supportive and constantly try to help you develop. I only left because of career aspirations outside of sales. When leaving, management attempted to transition me to a different role; the role just wasn't open at the time.
