Really Good Work Culture

Pros

Had a lot of opportunities for growth and got to work with really intelligent and nice people. Management is awesome and really care about what your career goals are.

Cons

A lot of top-down initiatives make some engineers feel like we don't get a say in the amount of resources needed to get a job done in the time they require. CEO was pretty distant too, and was not interested in the engineering division of the company at all, even though that's the money maker.

Pros

After working for several companies over many years I can honestly say this is the best place I have worked since my first job out of college. The company is growing like crazy even through the pandemic. The CEO is a true visionary leader and inspires employees to be their best. Leadership is aligned behind a clear vision and moving in the same direction. The Sales, Service, and Product teams all get along and work together to serve our customers. The people and culture are amazing. I couldn't be happier and am excited every day to get up and get to work. If you want a great place to work and to be appreciated for the work you do, this is the place to be.

Cons

No cons. Well, free ice cream would be great but you can't have everything, am I right?

Great Company to Work For

Pros

Competitive pay for what is basically a customer service job. Employee standards are very clear, and management is super approachable and easy to work with. Benefits are good, and the office culture is very inclusive and forward thinking.

Cons

The systems we use to do our job aren't always functioning properly, and our training materials are not always up to date or consistent. Honestly though, it's a small trade off for feeling supported by management and feeling fairly compensated and treated with dignity and respect.
