      Pros

      AAM is a great place to work. I just celebrated 6 months with AAM and am so happy with my choice to join the team. My colleagues have been so supportive during my transition which has made AAM the perfect employer of choice for my career.

      Nothing comes to mind. I am very happy that I joined AAM.

      Pros

      Meet great people working at this company. Pick up many skills.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is very poor due to aggressive deadlines pushed by corporate. Employee benefits are always seeking to toe the line of "Industry standard" rather than attempting to set the curve. Too many managers, All must be appeased. Company is led with an old school mindset and is very slow to adopt changes that would attract/retain employees. Production First. Employees second.
