      Pros

      There were no pros you were overworked and underpaid. HR manager is a joke. You inform her of issues and she does nothing about it. The plant manager is a grade a toolbag!

      Cons

      Your input is not valued you are basically a mouse on a will running in circles to fill the pockets of upper management.

      Pros

      Good opportunities for skill advancement, friendly people and plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      Attitude towards caring about quality of work and lack of feedback on work leaves much to be desired. If quality and productivity were better there could be less hours to work with a better hourly wage to allow for reasonable work life balance. More emphasis put on how much work is done vs maintaining procedure although this has improved.
