Pros
It's not a bad company to work for if you're a co-op or recent graduate and starting out. They're willing to spend time with you and get you involved in some projects at a corporate level, as opposed to just busy work. Learned a decent amount that I would have never learned sitting in class room. Lots of hand on experience
Cons
If you're lucky enough to get hired on after graduating and you end up in a plant, run and hide. Plant management is difficult, and they're not interested in investing you, more concern about themselves and growing their business. The organizational structure for IT is weird at a plant . You'll often end up reporting to non IT people, who really don't understand the business and want to apply lean manufacturing concepts to everything.
