Good benefits, time off, decent friendly coworkers, close to area businesses, fast paced in some areas. Union could be considered a con but it's worth it in the long run. Overtime available but not mandatory, most of the time. Annual raises (small but some private companies have had no raises since 2008). Profit sharing bonus in March. Performance bonus in September.
