The company doesn't care too much of you. They never call anyone back that was fired because of lack of work. No retention policy in place. You don't feel accepted in this organization no matteer how hard you work.

Obscene levels of micro-management by superiors lacking appropriate knowledge or foresight. Absolutely no work/life balance. Expect 12 hour days, 7 days a week, and numerous harassing phone calls at home. Minimal opportunity for advancement. Inadequate safety procedures. Excruciatingly long machine down-time. Quality control almost non-existant. Lack of training programs. All the culture and altruism you would expect from a pit of vipers.
