      Pros

      Pay is decent and the overall facility is very clean. Opportunity to move up in management if doing a good job.

      Cons

      Where to start.... overtime is overkill. Working people 7 days a week with no day off is appalling. Work and life balance is horrible. Many people quit because they never saw their families and missed out on important things. Management is poorly executed . Long work days with no time to rest.

      Pros

      American axle pays their engineers really well.

      Cons

      Along with that pay they fully expect you to be involved no matter the cost. They do not care about your personal life and most certainly don't care about you. the atmosphere is cold and so is the communication. the culture is very old school and not changing,

      Pros

      Great company with lots of opportunities in the engineering field. If you're looking for overtime, they'll let you work it.

      Cons

      You never know when you'll get laid off. In one year I've seen many good people get laid off without a warning. There are also some cultural issues, specifically, old school methods of management.
