      A great organization with endless growth opportunities for those who are interested in working hard and building a career in the automotive industry. If you prove your worth to the organization by working hard and providing a good effort everyday, you can enter the organization at ANY level and build a career while having your education/training fully reimbursed. There are hourly press operators who have worked hard and moved into salaried corporate roles.       Not a full-time job for those who looking to have the modern post-Covid "Ideal" job of work anywhere, anytime, kind of style. This is not actually a con, but if you're looking for an easy and super flexible job, this is not the organization for you.
