      Pros

      Great discount You get to work with a good group of people You can learn a lot on your first year with the company.

      Cons

      No clear career path They don't invest much in the future of there employees You interview and get hired for one position and can be doing something different within the next 2 to 3 months based on what rhe company thinks is best for them; your best interest isn't considered. Some people get promoted every year while those who work under them and help them look good just get a thanks and a smile.

      Pros

      Modern take on jewelry manufacturing, marketing, and product development. Lots of room to grow and conscious of professional satisfaction.

      Cons

      HR is not the best. Benefits are good but not great. Overall very fews cons. Health insurance providers have changed 3 times in past 3 years.

      Pros

      At David Yurman the environment is friendly yet fast paced with very driven employees. The compensation is fair based on level of experience and employment background. Good benefits, bonus and raises are also a plus.

      Cons

      If you are not focused and dedicated this may not be the environment for you as it can be a very demanding environment. Employees who are not passionate and hardworking don't tend to last very long, however those who are usually have great longevity within.
