Not a lot if room for growth or to learn new things Some what of a sorority mentality/opularity contest Certian people are fast tracked, and offered opportunities that others more qualified aren't privy to.

The team was amazing. Everyone was very nice, and welcomed you into the family. They want you to succeed, and want you to become a part of the company.

Cons

At the time, the company was downsizing, so had to see a lot of people leave.
