Keep things behind closed doors , not always sure what's going on , makes workplace uneasy to work , if you make to much money you will get laid off , turns family's upside down

It's a great place to learn. They offer paid training and plenty of opportunities to better your career.

Cons

To many cooks in the kitchen. Constantly changing procedures. You really need to keep track of your flat rate hours.
