If you want to work an absolutely thankless job, this is the place for you! There is no planning department to properly manage a acceptable workload. Your workdays can be changed on a whim. In the interview they preach how important communication is but the moment you try to communicate, it is completely shot down. The director of maintenance talks to the mechanics solely out of emotion but the minute you try to tell him how he makes you feel, he won’t here is. I’ve heard him call people lazy, seen him rip paperwork out of others hands, and will just make you feel like you are the scum of the earth. There is no real HR department so your problems will not be heard out. You will constantly be thrown under the bus and feel like you can never do anything right. This company is full of empty promises and false hope. I come into work everyday hoping things will be better; be different. It never is. No one cares about you other than some of your fellow mechanics. You will beg someone to help you learn and they will either teach you incorrectly or not at all. I know this because I’m living it. Everyday.
