      Pros

      I have been working in the recruiting field for nearly 20 years and The Davis Companies...I wish I had found them years ago! This is a team environment. Management of all levels is transparent in expectations, fair and make it a fun place to work. You get that family feel and the utmost respect from everyone.

      Cons

      I can honestly say that I can not think of one con to working for The DAVIS Companies.

      Pros

      Family owned company, good work environment, ability to make good money if you apply yourself, the President/Founder is one of the nicest most humble men you will ever meet. Leadership really cares about you as a person.

      Cons

      Lack of growth opportunities. This company has big goals and great vision but doesn't need what they need to do to get them to the next level. I believe a lot of the reason why people have left is just due to lack of growth opportunities within the organization. You also have a 90 day probation period before you get health benefits. For a full time internal employee that's just un heard of anymore. People can't wait for healthcare.

      Great stepping stone to get into a good company

      Pros

      Great communication with recruiter. I applied for the position online. There was constant communication throughout the whole process. I was assigned downtown Atlanta, GA at a really good firm. The Professional Engineer I worked under was willing to train me, and he trained me using MicroStation, AutoCAD. I got to work on projects from Fortune 500 companies. We did a site visit. I also did a presentation. Everyone was very professional.

      Cons

      Tempt to hire. You have to make it through probationary period to get a higher salary and receive full benefits from the company you worked for.
