Pros

Great culture and soft benefits. Competitive work environment that is collaborative and fosters a healthy work/life balance. People genuinely care about each other in and out of work. Unlimited vacation is great but you have to remember to use it.

Cons

Not a good environment for unmotivated or non-self starters. Open concept environment drives energy and activity, but need more quiet areas when closing candidates or discussing sensitive topics.
