-Can be really, really fun -Understands that there is life outside of work -Made some great friends

-Pay is not competitive at all -Promotion/hiring is based on who, not what you know -Limited to no career growth -Lack of guidance from management -Lack of knowledge/advice/mentorship from senior management

Pros

Davis does a great job of building a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared and all parties involved are working towards a common goal. In an industry where cut-throat attitudes and aggressive territorial behaviors tend to run rampant I am very happy to have landed in a competitive environment with a pack mentality. Compensation is excellent... decent base and excellent intensives for success as an individual AND as a group. Company was founded on giving people the tools they need to split off and run with something they are passionate about. That mentality is alive and well today.

Cons

As in most recruiting and sales jobs, hours can be long but the people you have working on either side of you make the hours go by quickly.
