-The culture within the company makes you never want to leave work -The parties, volunteer work and games make Davis an incredible place to work -Everyone is so passionate and committed to the success of the company -The friendly-competitive environment is perfect for recruiting (good incentives too) -Company sponsored lunches are a great time to socialize and enjoy free food! -Everyone is so selfless, they go out of their way to help others -Summer hours are great!

Work hard play hard mantra, unlimited vacation after two years, weekly Friday company paid lunches and most importantly the best candidates and coworkers on the planet!

Cons

We work with clients and candidates that sometimes don't understand what sets us apart from the other "box store" staffing companies. It's more than just putting the right leg in the right location. It's finding a match that challenges someone personally, professionally and makes them want to go to work each day!!!
