The culture of our company is a reflection of the incredible associates we employ. Each employee is empowered to do great things to reach their goals as well as the organization’s goals. In allowing this engaging environment it is fun and challenging and gives all of us a sense of accomplishment and pride in the work we do. Since we are a developer, we do in fact value transparency. As soon as we are under contract to sell, we make sure to start the planning process with the staff. If we can take our superstar performers with us to another lease-up, we will. Sometimes the geography doesn’t work at the time, but we tend to continue to build in areas where we have been before…so be sure to be on the lookout! Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We do believe we have one of, if not the best cultures. We think that happy and motivated teams make the entire community positive and fun. While the insurance might be a bit pricey, it’s pretty good insurance. Having good insurance is the trade-off when it comes to good medical plans… We do subsidize our employee coverage cost over 60% - so if you are only covering yourself it is not too bad.
