Our employees are the reason we are successful and we want to make sure they feel it and believe it. Our communities are extremely beautiful and we want our work environments to be inviting and rewarding as well. Construction is what it is and sometimes there are delays, but we do try to do all we can to prepare for those situations ahead of time. Again, thank you so much for your kind words!

Not a single one at all.

Cons

Low pay, barred from using pto, no communication with management, inexperienced property managers, extremely high turnover, terrible construction, don’t care about residents or staff, lies about position parameters, doesn’t take mold seriously, understaffed, low paid corporate still acts very elitist, head of construction lies more than works, no form of quality control, unreasonable expectations, understaffing, no advancement opportunity, buy-build-fill-sell leads to careless management, every staff member constantly wants to leave.

As we grow talent in our organization, we also understand there are times when the best decision may not be made, but we allow for those choices in the growth stages and are a gracious and caring employer. If you ever feel your leadership is not making the best choice for your situation, please feel free to speak to your Regional Manager, or HR to help resolve the concern. We do not want less than highly productive work environments, but we also want to empower our leaders to learn and grow. We hope that as you move through your career your future endeavors allow you to encounter that perfect leader.
