I have had the wonderful opportunity to work for this company for my third time now. They produce great product and the team support from corporate is amazing. I am so happy to be back. When I first started working for them they sent my son a birthday card. Who does that? Davis does. Love them.

Cons

None at all. Nothing but great.

Pros

I feel very supported by the company. From our CEO down to my property manager. The benefits are great. The hours aren't too demanding. Here in Charleston the property manager is very caring and attentive to our needs. The company has supported my growth whole heartedly. I've worked for other places where there was a severe lack of attention to detail and care - for both residents and employees. Davis cares.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that I didn't start here sooner. I had basically written off working in this industry and working for Davis changed my mind.
