Thank you for sharing your feedback, it helps us have an inward perspective and a chance to reflect and perhaps make adjustments. We gather that as a former employee, it appears that much of your experience was during the pandemic and I will be the first to admit it was not the best of times for any of us! I am excited to tell you that since then we made significant additions to our benefits, including expanded time off, immediate enrollment in the 401(k) ( with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 4%), paid short-term disability, and added voluntary long-term disability. I know the Davis you observed as “stuck in the sixties” has come a long way to improve… Again, thank you for your valuable feedback and I can promise you we continue to evolve, grow and improve for all our Davis Family members.

We are really excited you love working at Davis Development. We encourage our Managers to be out front interacting with our teams and residents and even getting a lease! Hospitality is a core value of ours; when you feel and sense friendship in our offices it makes for an awesome place to work and for our residents to live.
