Thank you for writing the review. The tough part about real estate is that eventually it is sold. We have been successful placing 99% of our folks either with the buyer or remaining with us (not bad). We are surprised regarding your comment about our benefits since we just overhauled our benefits in May. We now offer a much more affordable and really great benefits package and we are constantly evaluating how we can expand or improve… Those last Cons – Upper Management and Communication, we sure would ask that you get back with us about those. We have pretty unique management in that of all management the least tenured person is 8 years, so consistent, steady, and approachable.
