Pros

My experience with Davis Development has been the best so far. I have never worked for a company that cares about their employees as much as they do. Not to mention the culture and atmosphere that they have created. Senior management cares a lot for their on site staff. I love how they pay attention to detail and really take their time to get to know their employees.

Cons

Davis Development is constantly improving and taking constructive criticism. All the downsides are easily adjusted.

The Manager of the community Forena Revelstoke Taylor de Leon is incredible. Her charisma and cheerful demeanor is contagious and she made me feel right at home from the day I walked in for my interview. I was hired on to work as a Leasing Professional at one of Davis Developments prestine Luxury communities, Forena Revelstoke and I was immediately blown away by the amenities and top notch apartment homes. The staff have been excellent to work with and I look forward to working alongside the knowledgeable and determined at Davis Development for years to come!

Cons

My only complaint is I haven't worked for Davis Development sooner.
