We want you to know how much we appreciate you and what you contribute to Davis Development! While a huge part of leasing is working a lot of weekends, we do increase the pay for working weekends not making you have to come in & make up those few hours with a half-day during the week. Additionally, since Saturday and Sunday are the top producing leasing days you make a lot of money…! Thank you for taking the time to give us some great feedback!

Davis values their employee and has great leadership.

Cons

The only con would be that Davis is a Developement company and you’ll never know when your property will go under contract.

I loved my time at Davis Development! They had Great work/life balance. Everyone who works at Davis is amazing. If they ever build a community in the Kansas City area I would jump at the chance to work with them again!

I loved my time at Davis. No cons to speak of.
