      Great benefits package, great commission rates, lease up, friendly HR & Management, good base pay, ample PTO, great work environment, friendly coworkers, paperless files.

      Cons

      Too many different programs used during the leasing process.

      Pros

      •amazing corporate office and upper staff •the best incentives and pay out of all of the property management companies I’ve worked for • great work hours, changing with the seasons •AMAZING commissions for completed and approved leases •awesome employees that created a family like atmosphere in the office •beautiful properties

      Cons

      •being a development company, once the property is leased to 100%, it will sell to a new company and you’ll pretty much be laid off

      It is great to hear how much you enjoyed your time with us at Davis. We do want our employees to realize how much we appreciate their work on-site. Without you there are no leases! While we had to leave Ft Worth for a few months, we will be back and hopefully our paths will cross again. Thank you so much for all of your kind remarks.
