Pros

It has been such a fun experience working for a company with such wonderful work culture. Our area manager Roxane helped to shape me in several beneficial ways. I will carry this knowledge with me through my future endeavors. Thank you Davis Development!!!

Cons

Only con I can think of is that I couldn’t work for them longer. I’m so grateful for the time that I was able to learn from them though.

They take great care in getting to know you as a person. The pay is above most. They set you up for success and never let you go without the tools you need to thrive.

Cons

They build to sell so unless they are building close to you once they sell you don’t have much of an option to stay with them unless you you relocate.

Pros

The pay, commission, training, and communication for someone with zero leasing experience is pretty good. The managers and leasing consultants at my current "base of operations" are really friendly and super helpful.

Cons

I haven't experienced anything that I would consider a con, yet.
