Very good pay, very good management, most coworkers are easy to get along with, you’ll get worked hard but not over the top. Extremely flexible schedule. Will move you up if you want

Cons

Every once in a while an employee sucks and doesn’t do their job and it’s impossible for the company to get rid of them until the sale goes through and they’re left with another company. Bad benefits

We really do put together teams that can work well together to achieve the property’s goals as well as the employees’ goals. While the benefits we offer may be a bit pricy the actual plans are extremely rich and very good. All good insurance today is a bit expensive, but we do work to balance it. If you ever believe there is an employee who is not doing what they should, we encourage you to discuss it with your Manager or Area Manager.

Working for Davis has been a great learning experience. We are in brand new construction with the opportunity to help people find their homes. The flexibility that Davis offers is not something that you find with other management companies. I have enjoyed the last few years working here.

Cons

Benefits could be less expensive.
