Pros

Loved the uniforms and the communities are gorgeous. Reports and day to day operations are easy. Great commissions so my Con below may not be a Con, bc no one else is paying these commissions. I read a comment that there were many times you work late, I didn't have that experience and if I did I was paid. I always thought upper Management were very nice.

Cons

Properties are built and sold, so keep that resume up to date. No stay on bonus for employees when communities are sold.

I worked at Davis Development for 10 years both on site and at the corporate level. I was privileged to work with some of the best and brightest people in property management at all levels of the company.

Cons

There were no downsides for me working at Davis Development.
