Those values you mentioned, like empathy and ethics, are super important to us. I see you mentioned healthcare and the 401(k) as cons, so I wanted to offer a bit of insight. We do cover 80% of employee premiums, and I know healthcare costs can still feel high, but we try to make it as affordable as possible. For the 401(k), we offer a 4% match, dollar-for-dollar, with just a one-year vesting period, which is actually one of the better plans out there. That said, we’re always open to suggestions.
