Pros

From day one Davis has been inviting and communicative. The company is large, but feels like home with how connected all employees are between states. Work life balance is attainable and all benefits and pay are top of the line. I have worked for multiple property management companies and Davis Development has outperformed them all.

Continuous desk sitting which is expected but not always good for health
